There is this saying that losing weight or maintaining proper weight is only 10% exercise and 90% the food that you eat, and it is definitely true. You can work out as much as you would like, but if you are eating poorly, chances are that your body isn’t going to experience the changes that you are looking to achieve.

Luckily, there are a variety of food items that act as fat burners, and they can easily be incorporated into your diet. That’s also not to mention that they are all absolutely delicious and the health benefits go far beyond burning fat…

So, are you ready to take a bite of fat burning, healthy foods?

Before we get into that, there are some secrets to shedding those pounds while savoring the taste of the following foods. The first thing to remember is to never skip breakfast as this is the meal that will immediately spark a boost in your metabolism for the entire day, and to keep that momentum going, you should also be eating every 3 hours. Eat your proteins and vegetables with every meal, steer clear of carbs after lunch, and you will be well on your way to a smaller waistline with these healthy foods.

Green vegetables are full of health benefits and fat burning elements, and they also fight off free radicals and improve recovery of your muscles, which will further your potential when exercising. So, you definitely have to be getting your greens in.
