When Life Hands You Lemons, Eat Them!

You read that right, and I will happily repeat it! When life hands you lemons, eat them because they have tons of health benefits! If you’re anything like I was, the first thing that you do when you see a lemon on your plate, or on the rim of a glass of water, is place it on the napkin to never be touched again…

We all do it, right?

Recently though, I started chowing down on the lemons in my meals – and have even gone out of my way to add them into my diet simply because of the impeccable health benefits that come along with them….

Who knew that lemons serve more of a purpose than just entertainment?

Add in a little bit of yellow on those plates, ladies and gentlemen. You will be happy that you did. Lemon juice, lemon water, or pure lemon – get your daily dose.

Goodbye Belly and Bloating

Those extra pounds on your belly could possibly just be a serious case of indigestion…

We have all had our share of days where we feel and look bloated, haven’t we?

Well, gone were those days as soon as I started to add some lemons onto my plate…

Drinking lemon juice will flush out the toxins and unwanted materials in your body that often cause indigestion. The juice encourages your body to produce bile, which is the acid that breaks down your food – and your fat! Gone is the bloating and the belly fat!

That’s not it though…

Lemons also helps weight loss! Since they are high in fiber, your hunger is cut short, which results in you eating less to satisfy yourself.

Adding lemons in your diet will also provide you with an abundance of nutrients that your body is craving, and that your indigestion desperately needs. Lemons are high in minerals and vitamins that help the entire digestive tract…lemon

Not only will the belly and bloating be gone…

But so will be your heartburn, gas and stomach aches that you may get when eating. As a bonus, lemon water will help keep you regular!

When you look amazing, you’re much more likely to make wise choices in your diet. The lemons, whether in raw form, juice or water will have you looking your absolute greatest, so you can feel just as fabulous!

Lemons treat acne and clear blackheads, freshens your breath, strengthens your nails, lightens your hair (and mood!), soothes dry lips and can even be used as a dandruff remedy…

The list keeps on going…

But these are the best benefits that will absolutely have you feeling at the peak of your health that is both physical, mental and emotional. So start squeezing some lemons or get used to the sour taste because these are the benefits that will change your entire life.
