The problem with these diets are that once you stop eating low carb or low fat, you’re likely to gain those pounds back..

The best option is to make a healthy lifestyle change and make smart decisions when it’s time to eat. Eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism moving, have protein and vegetables at every meal, and no carbs after lunch.
