Popularly used around the world as a salad dressing and for the marination of your favorite meat, apple cider vinegar has gained quite a few fans from around the world. But this fandom is restricted just to their kitchens and does not stretch to boundaries beyond the world of food.
Today I’m going to give you tips on how you should be using apple cider vinegar besides its standard cooking uses. Let’s have some fun with apple cider vinegar!
Rejuvenate Your Hair
You can use apple cider vinegar along with water in equal proportions to create a great natural conditioner that will rejuvenate your hair. Not only will it give your hair that extra shine and bounce, but will also de-tangle it. Rinse your hair with this concoction after shampooing your hair.
Whiten Your Teeth
Who doesn’t want a perfect set of 32 bright-white teeth? I know I do! You can use a cotton swab, dip it in apple cider vinegar and gently rub it across your teeth, once in the morning and once before bed. This helps remove the stains that buildup over a period of time on the enamel.
High levels of potassium can be found in apple cider vinegar which plays a vital role in its detoxifying capabilities. Consuming apple cider vinegar along with your salads or just water will help get rid of the unwanted toxins in your body and keep your body healthy, both inside and outside.
Natural Cleaning Agent
This is another fantastic chance for me to show you how I avoid using substances that have chemicals when there are natural alternatives available. Apple cider vinegar works surprisingly well as a cleaning agent. Its acidic properties don’t make it all that surprising, but considering the fact we use it as salad dressing makes it all much more surprising!
Use undiluted apple cider vinegar or as a combination with water and soap, and apply it on surfaces you’d like to clean. The acid helps get rid of stains and the solution also leaves a pleasing fruity (precisely, a very apple-y) smell.
Weight Loss Agent
Ah, I always save the best for last. Apple cider vinegar, thanks to the presence of acetic acid, aids in the process of weight loss. The acetic acid plays a vital role in the breaking down and processing of fat in the body.
Now you can use apple cider vinegar not only for your salad dressing but for a whole host of other benefits you didn’t know of already. I’ve been using it for years now and have been reaping the benefits and it’s about time you do too!
