Initially when I started losing weight I thought that the benefits of green tea were restricted to just weight-loss but then over time I came to learn of the several benefits it had besides just increasing your metabolism rate. I was pretty surprised to learn that green tea had so many benefits that people didn’t know of and I decided to write this article to tell you all what you’re missing out on if you’re not consuming green tea yet.
