You’ve probably eaten lemon in your lifetime … either squeezed in a glass of water, as part of a vinaigrette dressing or on top of a salad.

You’ve probably used olive oil, too. Maybe you cooked your chicken in it, you added some to a sauce or soup, or you just used it in a marinade.

These are common ingredients, sure.

But have you ever combined the two? Used lemon and olive oil together, in the same dish or beverage?

If not, it’s high time you did.

Because it can improve your health immensely.

Both lemon and olive oil come with tons of health and beauty benefits …

And when combined, they create an absolute powerhouse for your body. One that improves your health, decreases your risk of diseases and even helps you look better.

I should know. I’ve been combining olive oil and lemon for years – and the results have been drastic.

It reduced my cholesterol …

Strengthened my nails and hair …

And even cleared up my headaches, joint pain and bloating.

So how does it do all this? And what can it do for YOUR body?

Well first off, it can detoxify you.

It purifies your liver, kicks it into high gear and starts ridding your body of any unwanted toxins that may be plaguing it.

As these toxins can cause anything from fatigue and irritability to headache, joint pain, weight gain and constipation, clearing them out can leave you feeling AMAZING.

Lemon juice and olive oil also contain a lot of antioxidants, so they’re great at clearing away free radicals and protecting your body’s cells from damage.

On the outside, that means clearer skin, a more even complexion and fewer bags under the eyes.

On the inside, it wards off dozens of diseases and health conditions, and it can even ward off cancer.

The antioxidants in olive oil and lemon can also help lower bad cholesterol.

Combine that with the loads of anticoagulants the oil contains – oils that thin the blood and fight off blood clots – and you get significantly lower rates of heart disease and high blood pressure.

As an added bonus, since olive oil is full of good, monounsaturated fats, it can also help you maintain proper levels of good cholesterol  – and those are important to proper blood pressure, head-to-toe health overall and WEIGHT LOSS.

Have a rash or skin irritation? Just try rubbing a little of the concoction on your skin for a few minutes every day. The oil will sooth the irritation, while the lemon juice’s antiseptic and astringent properties will go to work on the underlying problem.

You’ll have clearer skin in days.

Is your family prone to kidney or gall stones?

Then lemon & olive oil may just be your saving grace.

Have some an hour before breakfast every morning to flush the toxins out of your kidneys, liver and gallbladder. This will ward off stones long before they become a problem.

It’s super simple.

Just measure out a tablespoon of each, mix them up and voila! You can drink it straight or add it to some greens for a nice little salad.

My favorite way to eat it? In a tea.

Just grab a cup of hot oolong or green tea, stir in a tablespoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of olive oil, and get drinking.

If you need a little extra flavor, add a splash of almond milk or honey. Just steer clear of sugars or additives that aren’t good for you!

Do this once a day, and you can enjoy all the amazing benefits this concoction has to offer.
