How To Lose Weight without Dieting?


Dieting is the worst … am I right?

You’re forced to cut out your favorite foods, it’s hard to order out or from any restaurant menu, and to top it all off you feel hungry all the time!

Who would want to do that to themselves?

Well say no more. Losing weight is no longer just a diet and exercise game …

I have a few tips that can help you avoid dieting altogether …


It might sound too good to be true, but these tips really work.

I recommended them to hundreds of clients and friends, and you know what?

I even use them all myself!

So without further ado, let’s dive in and see how you can lose weight ….

Without dieting at all!


Time your meals.

No really.

Get out a timer, set it for 20 minutes, and start eating.

Try to pace your eating out so that it last the full 20 minutes, and once the timer goes off, put your fork down.

This is a great way to make sure you savor each bite …

And, because you’re pacing your food intake, it gives your body time to send down those “I’m full” signals, so you no longer feel hungry (or want that sweet taste of dessert!)

Invest in smaller cups and plates

When you use smaller dishware to serve your food, you don’t feel cheated by small portions.

In fact, you might even feel more satisfied when you’re able to easily eat the entire plate!

Instead of a huge dinner plate, use a smaller side dish plate for your protein, and serve your veggies in a cereal bowl.

For drinks other than water, opt for thin, tall glasses, and skip the wide-rimmed tumblers.

Eat Soup

Soups are a great way to fill up, get a great tasting meal and consume fewer calories.

My favorite ones are tortilla or minestrone, anything broth-based. I also like to add in a handful of chopped veggies when I have the time.

Soups are also great for lunch or dinner, and they’re easy to take to work or heat up in a pinch.

Plus, they’re the perfect way to warm up in the winter time!

Sleep More

Everyone would love an extra hour of sleep, wouldn’t they?

We’d all be more rested, more alert and more focused, and we wouldn’t get that horrible afternoon slump once our morning coffee wore off.

But what if I told you just one more hour of sleep could help you lose weight? And keep that weight off for good?

Well, studies show it’s true.

This is mainly because sleeping replaces idle activities, like snacking, sitting on the couch, etc.

Research says it can actually cut your calorie intake by 6 percent!

Cook at Home More

If you can eat more home-cooked meals, your waistline will thank you for it.

Studies show that just 5 homemade meals a week can help significantly with weight loss results. This is likely because of the hidden additives and oils that come with restaurant and pre-made food.

At home, you have more control of what you cook and how you cook it, and it tends to cut down on a meal’s calorie count in a big way.

Do a 100-calorie-burning activity

Did you know if you burn just 100 calories more a day, you’ll lose 10 pounds this year?

A 100-calorie activity is nothing!

It’s a 20-minute walk with your dog …

Mowing the lawn …

Vacuuming and sweeping the floors …

10-minutes of light jogging …

So easy!

Add just one of these activities to your daily routine, and you’ll be noticeably slimmer come next New Year’s.

Put more veggies on your plate

Instead of just one or two veggies on your dinner plate, load up and serve three.

The added variety will trick you into eating more of the veggies – and this will fill you up with its high fiber content and loads of nutrients.

You’ll probably eat the other things on your plate less, too.

Just be sure to cook your veggies in a healthy way. Choose coconut oil for sautéing, or roast your veggies in the oven with some olive oil and kosher salt.

Season with lemon juice or pepper, and avoid dressings and butters that add unnecessary calories.

Dieting isn’t the only way to lose weight. I can attest to that!

I lost 55 pounds, and the food I ate was only a small part of that.

Working these tips into my life helped me control my portions …

Get more nutrients …

Burn more fat…

And just feel better and more confident in my own skin.
