Drink Soda? Energy Drinks? Or Even Just Juice? STOP NOW.


If you regularly drink energy drinks or soda (even the diet kind), it could be what’s keeping you from losing weight.

Even juice … which many people think of as a healthy, natural drink … can keep you packing on the pounds like there’s no tomorrow.

How do I know this? Because I’ve been there.

Before I lost 55 pounds, I was overweight and lethargic. And you know what? I was drinking a diet soda or two a day, plus a morning cup of OJ.

And it was making me fat.

The sodas and energy drinks were pumping me full of chemicals, preservatives and artificial sweeteners, and they actually made me hungrier.

When I drank it, it wasn’t just hard to lose weight … it was hard to keep from gaining it.

So much for being a “natural” and “healthy” drink, huh?

After just a few days without juices, sodas and energy drinks, the difference was noticeable.

I felt slimmer and less bloated …

I felt more alert and focused …

My clothes felt looser …

And I could tell my body was changing.

But you know when things got even better? When I discovered oolong tea.

The perfect substitute for those nasty juices and sodas, oolong tea was the answer to my prayers.

With oolong, I got the energy boost I needed, it tasted great, and my weight started coming off faster than ever.
