The Top Ten Reasons You’re Not Losing Weight… And How To Fix It! (Part 1)

We all want to be slim, fit and healthy.

We all want to have bodies we can feel proud of.

But if this is something so many of us want… why is it something only a few of us achieve?

Losing weight is simple. Now, that doesn’t mean it’s easy… but it is simple.

As long as you do the right things, you get great results.

But before you can do the right things, you have to know what they are.

And today, I’m going to tell you what they are.

I’m going to clear up five of the most common mistakes keeping you from losing weight!

Mistake #1:  You Don’t Eat Breakfasteggs-omelette

After a long night’s sleep, you need to supply your body with nutrients to jump-start your metabolism. If you don’t supply these nutrients, your body slows down your metabolism to try and conserve energy. So it’s important you start your day with a healthy breakfast filled with protein and fiber.

Mistake #2:  You Don’t Get Enough Sleepsleep

Getting the right amount of sleep each night is so important if you want to burn fat. Without enough sleep, you won’t get the energy to get through your workouts.

But that’s not the whole story…

When you’re sleep deprived, your body produces hormones that stimulate your appetite, making you constantly feel hungry… which is the last thing you want when trying to lose weight!

Mistake #3: You Don’t Eat Enough High Nutrient Foods

When it comes to weight loss, there’s a very simple formula you need to remember: high in nutrients, low in calories.

Those are the foods you want to eat.

And some of the best sources of these foods are fruit and veggies. These foods are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and fiber… which keeps you feeling full.

Mistake #4:  You’re Drinking Your Calories

Eating healthy is only half the battle. The other half comes down to what you drink.

And one of the most common mistakes people make is to drink too many empty calories.

You need to cut out the soda, the fruit juice, the beer, and the iced tea.

Stick to drinking zero-calorie beverages like water and green tea.

Mistake #5:  You’re Making Healthy Salads… Unhealthy caesarsalad

A salad is usually a healthy choice for a light lunch. It’s a tasty way to fit vegetables into your diet.

But, your salad can go from healthy to unhealthy very quickly.

By using store-bought salad dressings loaded with sugar and fat, you add hundreds of calories to your meals.

Then when you pile on the extras like cheese, dried fruits, bacon bits or croutons… the calorie count gets so high you probably would have been better off eating a cheeseburger.

These mistakes are extremely common.

There’s a good chance you’re making at least one of them.

But that’s not something you should feel embarrassed about. It’s something you should be excited by… because now, at least you know why you’re struggling to get the results you deserve!

And as soon as you cut these mistakes out of your life… you’ll start making progress faster than ever.
