I love the way working out makes me feel.
But I’m naturally a very adventurous person. I like trying new things. And even though I enjoy exercising, if I do the same exercise over and over for too long, well…
I get bored!
I was talking to my friend about this recently. She told me about an exciting new exercise to try that I would love.
She told me to try rebounding.
In case you haven’t heard of it, rebounding involves bouncing up and down on a mini-trampoline.
It’s very simple… but it’s so effective.
And most importantly, it’s fun!
So I decided to try out a rebounding class.
And at first, I felt pretty funny jumping up and down like a kid on a hotel bed.
But I was having lots of fun!
And after a few minutes, I actually started working up a real sweat.
Before I knew it, I was in the middle of intense exercise.
But there was one difference…
My knee, which had been bothering me for a while, actually felt great!
So I talked to the instructor after the class. And he told me a few things about rebounding that I didn’t know before.
First, the reason my knee felt so good was because rebounding is easy on the joints. Since you’re bouncing on a trampoline, it’s much lower impact than if you were running on a treadmill or through the streets (on a hard surface).
Second, rebounding actually works every single cell in your body at once. This is because of the way gravity affects your body when you bounce. So by doing one simple exercise, you’re able to work all your muscles… plus your organs as well.
So rebounding doesn’t just make you look and feel great, it actually makes you healthier.
But that’s not all. Because rebounding actually activates your body’s lymphatic system, which is basically your body’s natural vacuum. It pulls out toxins from your cells, helping to detoxify you and make you even healthier.
So rebounding is fun… easy on your joints… and actually makes you healthier!
Add up all three and you have an amazing addition to any fat loss program.
So don’t be afraid to try something new. You may find that it’s something you
end up loving.
Give a rebounding a try. And tell me how you like it in the comments section below.
