Fat Loss In 10 Minutes Per Day

I love my life…

But I have to admit, it can be exhausting.

Between raising two kids… training clients… working on my business… writing articles… and doing TV appearances, I find myself really busy at times.

And lately, I haven’t had any time to myself. I’ve been struggling to get my workouts in.

But I need to work out. As a woman, it makes me feel good and gives me the energy to get through my days.

So I had to find a way to get my workouts in quicker.

A way to continue my busy lifestyle… but still look and feel great.

So I started searching for ideas…

And that’s when I found “high intensity interval training.”

Don’t be scared away by the name. This is a fast way to lose fat, while working out for just a few minutes per day.

So instead of complaining about my lack of time and how busy I am, I saw this as a great opportunity.

A chance to try something new.

And once I tried it, I loved it.

It just feels so effective. It allows you to burn more fat in less time.

Here’s how it works…

You work really hard for a little bit. It can be 20 seconds… 30 seconds… a minute. It depends on your fitness level. But the idea is to work really hard for a short period of time.

Then… you rest for a while. You spend the next seconds “recovering.”

So for an example, let’s use running.

Instead of jogging on the treadmill for an hour, you can try something like this.

sprinterSpend 20 seconds running as fast as you can go…

Then, spend the next 20 seconds walking, giving yourself a chance to recover.

You just repeat back and forth between running and walking. Do it for about 12 to 15 minutes.

Doesn’t seem like a lot, right? Well, that’s because of how effective it is.

Studies have shown that you can burn more fat doing this for 15 minutes, three times a week, than you can jogging for an entire hour!

But it doesn’t just work with running. This kind of exercising works with almost anything. Rebounding, the elliptical, riding a bike, roller skating, weight training.

The possibilities are endless.

As long as you follow the basic principle, you’ll be able to melt fat no matter how busy your day is.

All you need to do is take ten minutes for yourself.

It’s important we do that as women.

Ten minutes to get our minds and bodies right…
