Recently, my friend came up to me and asked for some advice.
She’s told me that she’s been working really hard to lose some weight. She knows that the warm weather is coming and she wants a body she can feel proud of at the beach this summer.
So she’s really been focusing on eating healthy and exercising and she’s made some progress.
But recently, she hit a stumbling block.
The scale stopped moving and she couldn’t figure out why.
So I started talking to her about what she was doing. And it didn’t take me very long at all to find the problem.

But on the weekends, all those good habits she had went out the window.

All those forbidden foods that tend to make us fat.
And basically, what happened was… since she was overeating so much on the weekend, she was erasing all that good work she put in during the week.
So all that eating healthy and exercising was being cancelled out by her unhealthy eating habits on the weekend!
But I understand why she was doing it.
She was looking forward to those foods all week.
Knowing she can eat them on the weekend is what motivated her to stick to her diet all week long.
And that’s great.
She was on the right track, she was just overdoing it.
But there’s a simple solution that lets you still enjoy those “forbidden” foods, without undoing all the hard work you put in.
In fact, this secret allows you to burn even more fat!

That’s one meal on the weekend… where you get to eat whatever you want.
Any food you want… and as much of it as you want.
Use this “cheat meal” to get all your cravings out of the way for the week.
Then once that meal is over, go back to your same healthy habits!
And when you do, you’ll find that you burn even more fat… because the extra fuel from the cheat meal actually boosts your fat-burning hormones and gives your metabolism a kick-start.
