To Lose Belly Fat, Snack At The Magic Hour

Recently, a friend came to me for help…

She told me…

“Ingrid, no matter how hard I try, I can’t lose this belly fat. With summer coming, I want that toned tummy that looks good in a bikini. But I’m not getting any closer to my goal.”

So I gave her some advice.

It’s something very simple that most people overlook.

It’s a way to keep your metabolism high throughout the day, so you start burning more fat automatically.

It doesn’t involve going to the gym. You don’t have to work up a sweat to do it…

To make this work, all you have to do is…

Snack at the magic hour!

So, what’s the magic hour?

Well, it’s an hour between lunch and dinner.

For most people, it’s going to fall between 3 P.M. and 4 P.M.

See the problem is, most people go too long between meals.

They eat lunch. Then, by the time dinner comes around, they’re starving… so they stuff their face with whatever is served.

They overeat… and make themselves fat.

But by snacking at the magic hour, you give your body the fuel it needs to burn fat. Your metabolism stays high.

And when dinner comes around, you aren’t overly hungry.

You don’t binge nearly as much.

You’re able to eat a sensible amount and aren’t tempted to overeat.

So now that we know when we want to have that snack, the next step is to know what we should be eating.

To get the best results, you want to snack on foods that are high in protein and fiber.

These type of foods are generally low in calories, but are very satisfying. They tend to do a great job of filling you up, so you eat less later in the day.

It’s funny…

My friends joke that I must be a chronic shoplifter, because I always carry an apple in my purse.

But that’s because an apple is a great source of fiber, making it a perfect choice for that “magic hour” snack.

Other good choices are sliced veggies, tuna, chicken salad, or egg whites.

You can experiment and find ways to work in the foods you enjoy.

Because the important thing is to get that small snack in and keep your metabolism moving along.

With a higher metabolism, you’ll find a lot of your trouble spots begin to disappear.

So give it a try. Start incorporating these magic hour mini-meals. Give your metabolism that extra boost it needs.
